Round 2 (2020 data)

Round 2 (2020) provides data from a national costing survey of 11 public tertiary, 30 district public and 40 private hospitals in 11 states. The costing survey was funded by the Department of Health Research and carried out by PGIMER in collaboration with state level Multi-Disciplinary Research Units (MRUs). The states included are Jammu & Kashmir, New Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh and Tami Nadu.Round 2 (2020) data is taken from the Costing of Health Services in India Study, funded by the Department of Health Research. The database provides data on:

• • Unit costs of outpatient visits and inpatient admissions at public tertiary facilities by specialty
• • Unit costs of outpatient visits and inpatient admissions at district hospitals and private facilities (Coming soon – 2022)
