Course Structure

The course is structured to be delivered as an online course. There will be a total of three and seven modules for the basic and advanced course respectively. Each module will be delivered to the participants as 4-5 videos recorded presentation lectures, supplemented with essential and optional reading materials. A set of questionnaires in the form of pre-test and post-test questionnaires will also be administered to the participants before and after each module to evaluate gain in knowledge. Participants can interact with the course staff and each other via a discussion forum. Mentoring will be provided all through the course.

Course Steps

Pre-test:

A pre-test will be conducted in which set of 10 MCQs will be given to assess the knowledge of the participant.

Video

After giving the pre-test in “Watch Video” section which is available as an “audio-assisted power-point presentation”.

Reading Material

Up-to-date relevant reading material as essential and recommended readings comprising of articles, reports, book chapters, or books will be provided.

Assignment

We will provide a set of assignments along with each module. These assignments will test the participant’s understanding of the material by virtue of an exercise which may involve a simple excel-based computation.

Discussion Forum

After submission of assignment, a discussion Forum to share views and comments on at least two of the fellow participant’s assignments under that ongoing module.

Post-test

After taking part in discussion forum, the “Post-test” for each module will be conducted which will be administered in the same manner as pre-test.

Feedback

All participants can express their opinion in “Feedback” section before getting directed to the next module.
